“Election Commission took cognizance, albeit late,” Pandey told Media. Desperation is evident in everything the BJP is doing. They realize that they are losing the elections by a significant margin. The BJP is attempting to deceive the Jharkhand populace. The people of Jharkhand are with us, and they adore Hemant Soren. On their official social media account, they shared news and videos that had been altered and falsified.

Following complaints from the Indian National Congress (INC) and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), the Election Commission of India on Sunday instructed the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Jharkhand to order the BJP to remove the “objectionable” post from party social media platforms.

In order to clarify the alleged breach of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) in the aforementioned position, the EC also issued a notice.

Additionally, the CEO has been instructed to act on the issue right once and, in accordance with the state’s designated jurisdiction under section 79(3)(b) of the IT Act, to have the offensive postings taken down from social media platforms as soon as possible.

The JMM Party flag was displayed at the home of a JMM fan in the video. Additionally, a banner with a picture of Chief Minister Hemant Soren with the words “pure Jharkhand ka kaya palat kardenge” was shown. Hundreds of members of a certain community are shown on the film breaking into the residence without warning with the goal of forcibly relocating there.

The lawsuit said that a film released by the BJP Jharkhand was filled with unfounded accusations and lies intended to sway voters by inciting animosity and hate against the JMM and its leaders.

JP Nadda and Mallikarjun Kharge were asked to respond by the Election Commission on Saturday after the BJP and Congress filed complaints against each other’s top leaders for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) during the Maharashtra and Jharkhand assembly elections.

Voting in 43 of the 81 assembly seats finished the first round of the Jharkhand Assembly elections. On November 20, elections will be held for the remaining 288 seats in Maharashtra and 38 seats in Jharkhand. On November 23, the votes will be tallied.
