Bandaru Dattatreya said that the difference between Haryana of a decade ago and Haryana of today is very clear
Chandigarh: Speaking on the first day of the state assembly’s winter session on Wednesday, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya said that there is a stark contrast between Haryana ten years ago and Haryana now.
Members were urged by Bandaru Dattatreya to reaffirm that nothing should prevent the resolution for “Viksit Haryana – Viksit Bharat” from being fulfilled. He said he was certain that every MLA will take every opportunity in this House to put the welfare of the people first.
“I am confident that this Assembly will usher in a new chapter of decisions focused on public welfare,” the governor remarked. Together, let’s work tirelessly to resolve the “Viksit Haryana-Viksit Bharat” issue.
Speaking to the House, the Governor emphasized that this is the first time in Haryana’s history that the public has trusted a government for three years in a row. According to him, the current climate is ideal for Haryana’s continuous growth in every aspect. The actions and policies made by this Assembly in the near future will be closely watched by the whole state. Therefore, it is the duty of each member to make sure that the state and its citizens gain as much as possible from this favorable period.
The Governor urged the members to never forget the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, who emphasized that every choice we make should be assessed in light of how it would affect the weakest and poorest people of society.
The governor also stated that the state’s citizens eagerly engaged in the just-finished election process and elected you to this Assembly, the state’s Supreme Panchayat, as their representatives. As lawmakers, you will carry out your duties with utmost devotion and commitment.
According to Bandaru Dattatreya, 40 of the 90 members of this 15th Assembly were elected for the first time. He gave each and every one of these members a particular welcome.
“In the 14th Assembly, only 9 women members (‘Navratnas’) were elected, while this time the number has increased by nearly one and a half times, reaching 13,” he said.
According to the governor, this House represents the goals of the state’s 2.75 crore citizens. Meeting the expectations of the public is now the highest duty of every MLA.
According to the governor, this is the first time in Haryana’s history that citizens have trusted a government for three years in a row. He said that these elections had given the current state administration a historic and resounding mandate. This mandate is a powerful statement of the people’s steadfast faith and confidence in the government’s current policies and initiatives. According to him, this mandate shows public support for inclusive growth, honest governance, and the absence of corruption. According to him, this mandate is an unmistakable indication that the state’s citizens have accepted the programs of the administration and have shown their support and confidence by casting ballots.
The governor added that the Election Commission of India, the state’s watchful voters, and other election-related authorities and staff should be commended for the peaceful and fair elections that were conducted in the state.
‘Neeti, Niyat, Nishtha aur Nirnay’ (Policy, Intent, Integrity, and Decisions) is the foundation of the 2024 election, according to the governor. This mandate is an affirmation of the ten-year purpose of service, security, good governance, collaboration, and Antyodaya upliftment that the current state administration has been carrying out. This is a directive that we should keep working to grow Haryana and keep accomplishing our objectives. With the motto “Rajya ke vikas se desh ka Vikas” (the growth of the state contributes to the development of the nation), the government will keep going ahead. Dattatraya Bandaru.
According to him, the current state administration has moved beyond the constrictive perspectives of regionalism, constituency concern, and family-based politics throughout the last ten years. Additionally, the state administration has given the state’s growth fresh vitality and speed by concentrating on “Shiksha, Swasthya, Suraksha, Swavalamban aur Swabhimaan” (education, health, security, self-reliance, and self-respect).
“The vision of Antyodaya by Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya has not only guided the present state government but also embodies the core principle of “Haryana Ek-Haryanvi Ek” in all our efforts,” he remarked.
According to the governor, the current state government envisions Haryana as a thriving, dynamic, and resurgent Indian state. According to him, a lot of work is being done to make sure that the state’s farms are producing a lot of food, that industry is running smoothly, that young people have plenty of job options, and that sisters and daughters feel secure, strong, and independent. Bandaru Dattatraya envisioned a Haryana where farmers get fair rates for their produce, companies thrive, no one goes without work, the poor benefit from all advancements, and no one feels overlooked.
The governor said that the current state administration has offered all parts of the population equal possibilities to advance in the state by adhering to prime minister Narendra Modi’s “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas” guiding concept. According to the Prime Minister, the four foundations of a “Viksit Bharat” (developed India) are the impoverished, the young, women, and farmers.
According to him, the current state administration has focused its policy on fortifying these pillars.Since this is the route to their wellbeing and upward mobility, the government works to make sure that every program helps them. According to the governor, every dollar spent from the Treasury is used in the public interest when the government has determined that no eligible individual should be excluded from the advantages of any government program.
According to the governor, there is a noticeable difference between Haryana now and ten years ago. Haryana is now a major player on the national scene in every way, whether it is via per capita income, industry growth, social security and welfare, or the start of agricultural innovation. Our state, which is dominated by agriculture, is making remarkable growth thanks to the cooperation of science and technology.
He said that this vision is a constructive and attainable reality rather than only a fantasy. “To accomplish this goal at the grassroots level, my administration has come up with a suitable plan. The government’s top aim for the next five years will be to improve every area and part of the state,” he said.
