The GOP presidential frontrunner admitted that he gained the respect of one of the greatest wrestling and Hollywood stars during his Monday interview on WWE icon The Undertaker’s podcast. He emphasized his turbulent connection with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and how things suddenly changed.

He said, “I think he’s a terrific guy, so I felt bad that he didn’t think he liked me.”

With a bullet clipping his ear that day, shooter Thomas Crooks opened fire in an attempt to assassinate the former president while Trump was speaking at an outdoor gathering in Pennsylvania. Numerous individuals were wounded, and one person was shot dead.

Trump reveals the relationship he had with “The Rock.”

The Republican leader continued by explaining that he received an unexpected call from UFC promoter Dana White. White told him that The Rock was affected by his unyielding reaction to the assassination attempt and wanted to speak.

According to reports, Johnson thought it was “incredible” when Trump threw his fist in the air after the shooting at his rally.

The endorsement coincided with Vice President Kamala Harris receiving support from Taylor Swift, whose fan base on social media might pose a serious threat to The Rock.

Compared to Swift, who has 283 million Instagram followers, he has an amazing 395 million.

Dana White responded, “I want his number.” Rock contacted Dana after I was wounded, taking a bullet to the ear, as you may have heard. I’d want his phone number. On the podcast, Trump said, “What he did is kind of incredible.”

He thought it was daring. I am not sure; I thought, ‘What’s going on here?’ But the Rock was very pleasant.

Johnson said he regretted backing President Biden over Trump in 2020 ahead of the election on November 5.

At a Florida conference last month, he openly praised Trump.
