Did Sobhita wear the saree gifted by Naga Chaitanya’s mother during her pre-wedding festivities?
On August 8, Sobhita Dhulipala and Naga Chaitanya tied the knot in a small ceremony that went viral online because to their dreamlike elegance and understated style. Now that the pair has started their pre-wedding activities, Sobhita has shared pictures of her engaging in customs.
Sobhita donned a plain pink Kanjivaram silk saree with green borders for the Godhuma Raayi ceremony.
According to reports, Lakshmi Daggubati, her soon-to-be mother-in-law, gave her the saree as a present. According to Pinvilla, Sobhita chose to respect family customs by dressing in this saree rather than a pricey designer gown.
“And so it begins!” she tweeted, accompanied with captivating images from the occasion. “Godhuma Raayi Pasupu danchatam 🦜🪷♥️,” she added. She participated in the ceremony by grinding the turmeric paste and flawlessly portrayed the South Indian wedding attire. The customary Telugu ceremony known as “Pasupu Danchatam,” which is usually carried out by ladies from the bride’s and groom’s families, ushers in the wedding celebrations within the family.
