On Tuesday, the power stock closed at Rs 417.50 on the BSE, 2.27% higher than its previous closing of Rs 408.25. Genus Power’s market value increased to Rs 12,681.75 crore.

3.59 lakh of the company’s shares were traded, generating a transaction of Rs 15.02 crore on the BSE.

In only two years, Genus Power shares have produced multibagger returns of 437.67%. The stock has returned 92.31% in a year. After three years, the stock increased by 574%.
