Air India Express flight crew ‘drags’ passenger off Surat-Bengaluru flight, video

On airplanes, disruptive behavior often calls for quick action. On a recent Air India Express aircraft from Surat to Bengaluru, a similar occurrence was seen on video. A video that has gone viral on X purports to show cabin workers “dragging” a female passenger off the plane. It was alleged that she didn’t feel comfortable seated between two men. The person who took the footage reportedly said that the lady had assaulted the cabin personnel and shoved another passenger. The flight was delayed by one hour as a result of this hectic circumstance.

The lady in the video said, “Boys ke beech mein comfort nahi hun,” and an air crew member said, “Thik hai ma’am hum change karte hain, bahar ajaiye aap pehle,” in response to her expression of discomfort. (All right, ma’am. We’ll switch seats. Please go outside first.) “Boys ke beech mein bithake merko deboard kar rahe ho, chodo mujhe,” the passenger was heard saying. (You are forcing me to sit between lads while you deboard; please let me leave.)

“I don’t know why people get into the habit of creating conflict without any reason, whether it be on road or in air,” a user said in response to the video.
