The Congress-National Conference (NC) administration would be eliminated when it comes to power in the union territory, he added in a weak voice. After that, he stopped talking for a moment, and the people working with him on stage assisted him into a chair.

Doctors examined the Congress president on-site, and party officials said that Kharge’s condition improved after treatment.

Resuming his statement, Kharge said, “I am eighty-three years old. I’m not going to pass away that quickly. I refuse to die till PM Modi is gone from office.” He asked the rally’s supporters for pardon, saying he wanted to continue speaking but had to sit down because he was feeling lightheaded.

While paying respects to a senior constable who was killed in a raid against terrorists in Kathua, Mallikarjun Kharge became unwell. In the encounter, one terrorist was killed and two additional police officers were wounded.

In a statement, J&K Congress vice president Ravindra Sharma claimed that Kharge was brought to tears when he discussed the victims of the terror incident in Kathua.

“His emotions momentarily got the better of him, but he quickly composed himself to strongly reaffirm his party’s unwavering resolve to eliminate terrorism from the region,” Sharma said. He continued by saying that Kharge’s moving reply highlights the toll that needless violence has on the country and its authorities.

In addition, PM Modi asked Kharge how he was feeling after the opposition leader became ill at a public gathering. According to official sources, the Prime Minister wished the president of the Congress good health.

Following a medical examination, Congressmen, including Priyank Kharge, the senior leader’s son, declared that he is now stable.
