Speaker Vijender Gupta told reporters, “Today, the first CAG report was presented. The session has been extended till March 3, and we will attempt to provide as many reports as we can.

He said that a Public Accounts Committee (PAC) with 12 to 14 members from the opposition and governing parties will be established shortly.

“The report will be sent to the PAC for review after House consideration. The House will take the necessary steps when the committee publishes its findings,” he said.

In the meantime, the CAG report on the liquor policy was submitted to the Assembly by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. CM Rekha Gupta presided over a meeting of BJP MLAs before the session, wherein the report and the efficient operation of the House were discussed.

Despite the report’s submission to the Delhi High Court, Speaker Vijender Gupta said that the previous Delhi administration had withheld it. “By not tabling the report, the constitutional process was violated,” he said.

The conversation on the CAG report was started by BJP MLA Arvind Singh Lovely, who said that every government must submit it. “The AAP’s current presentation of the report is an indication of fear. He said that they were concealing their corruption by utilizing Baba Saheb’s name.

Citing Bhagat Singh, he also made disparaging statements against Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.

Vijender Gupta, the president of the Delhi BJP, called the CAG report “proof of AAP’s black deeds.” “We had promised in the elections that those involved in corruption would be held accountable,” he said.

“The CAG report will be displayed on screens so that the people of Delhi can see the extent of corruption,” said Minister Pravesh Verma. “The report will expose the scams committed by Arvind Kejriwal,” Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said. Now, a number of these studies that were kept under wraps for three years will surface.
