Devotees’ private and public cars will be parked in the lots designated for their respective routes. Furthermore, it has been declared that the Kalpavasis’ automobiles are prohibited.

Only emergency and necessary services will be permitted entry in order to protect the devotees. The city will begin implementing the special traffic plan at 5 p.m. today and it will be in effect until the end of February 12.

To guarantee a smooth “Snan” flow, the government has urged all devotees to abide by the established traffic regulations and guidelines.

Prior to the Magh Purnima festivities in Mahakumbh, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said on February 10 that the Railways had made all the necessary preparations at the eight railway stations.

On Monday, he examined the setup at the Prayagraj Railway Station.

“Railways has handled all the arrangements at eight railway stations for Prayagraj Mahakumbh,” Vaishnaw said. Everything is being carried out in close coordination with the state government.

330 trains departed Prayagraj Junction yesterday, and as of right now, they are operating well. We don’t want to hear rumors if someone attempts to spread them. Everything is happening in a methodical way.

“We have deployed over 13,000 railway personnel at the various railway stations in the Sangam Kshetra,” said Dilip Kumar, Executive Director of the Railway Board’s Information & Publicity Department. Additionally, special trains are operated based on demand. In 330 trains, 12.5 lakh devotees left yesterday. Over 140 trains have already been run today as well. There are now 1200 CCTV cameras in place. Five layers of monitoring are being carried out. Every station has a control center set up to keep an eye on the CCTV stream. Some CCTVs are equipped with artificial intelligence and facial recognition technologies.
