He further emphasized the legitimacy of the students’ worries and requested the government to launch an investigation into the purported paper leak by the CBI or ED.

Khan told the media report that the High Court is now hearing this case. It is reasonable for the pupils to seek a reexamination. I want the government to look into this possible document leak with the CBI or ED. Justice should be served for the 4.5 lakh pupils. The government will not benefit if this protest continues for a long time. There will undoubtedly be a reexamination shortly.
He went on to say, “I believe the administration will make a wise choice shortly… We are quite certain that the court will rule in our favor.
In a similar vein, Advocate Abhijit Anand told ANI, “The Anand Legal Aid Forum Trust has filed a PIL before the Supreme Court over the BPSC document leak allegation. On January 7, 2025, the Supreme Court ordered us to go before the Patna High Court. The NGO I represent filed the PIL before the Patna High Court in accordance with that decision, and the court issued specific instructions on January 21, 2025.”
“I went to the Supreme Court once again in the BPSC case, and we prayed that the CCTV video from 29 centers and the Bapu Examination Center—which has 22 centers—should be kept. The Supreme Court has ordered that the BPSC and Bihar government officials face legal repercussions if the CCTV material is erased,” attorney Anand told ANI.
Students in Patna who are protesting are calling for the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) to annul the Integrated Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024, which was held on December 13. The case even made it to the Supreme Court of India; however, the court denied the appeal that made accusations against the BPSC preliminary test and declined to get involved.
