Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma preparing for Jhumur dance performance and Advantage Assam 2.0 summit

Guwahati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend two significant events that Assam is getting ready to host: the Mega Jhumur Dance Performance and the Advantage Assam 2.0 investment and development conference.

According to a release from the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma presided over a high-level review meeting at Guwahati’s Lok Sewa Bhawan to evaluate the planning for these important events.

According to the statement, the meeting’s main emphasis was on the advancement of many committees that deal with medical assistance, guest management, technological coordination, and traffic planning.

Chief Minister Sarma gave all Deputy Commissioners instructions to host live screenings of the Jhumur dance performance in tea gardens around the state in honor of Assam’s rich cultural legacy, according to the statement.

He also underlined the need to provide all attendees with high-quality meals, sufficient sanitation, and clean drinking water.

In reference to the Advantage Assam 2.0 summit, Dr. Sarma went over the plans for the February 25 opening ceremony. According to the statement, he spoke about ways to include prominent institutions and organizations and provide first-rate hospitality and logistical assistance for delegates.

At the conference, the Chief Minister emphasized the significance of showcasing Assam’s tea industry and indigenous textile sector. At Lok Sewa Bhawan in Dispur, CM Sarma met with more than thirty people from a variety of backgrounds earlier in the day. During their meeting, he discussed a range of topics and gave them his word that the appropriate measures would be done to allay their worries.
