A humanitarian ceasefire has been declared in conjunction with the operation, providing a chance to step up relief operations and lessen the suffering of those impacted.

In order to provide immediate assistance to families affected by the severe humanitarian conditions in the area, the operation sent out a relief convoy today that included 20 trucks and more than 200 tonnes of vital humanitarian aid, such as food supplies, winter clothing, and other necessities.

The head of the UAE Relief Mission, Hamad Al Neyadi, emphasized that Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 is a testament to the UAE’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people. According to him, this stage is the biggest of its sort in the humanitarian operations that have been carried out since the operation’s beginning.

He clarified that in order to guarantee that the relief reaches its intended recipients as soon as possible, the operation is being carried out in complete conjunction with the appropriate authorities.

The mission has so far brought 156 supply convoys to Gaza, totaling over 29,784 tons of UAE-provided humanitarian supplies. By providing for their basic necessities, this help has greatly improved the difficult situation that Gaza’s citizens, especially the most vulnerable groups, are facing.

In an effort to lessen the impacts of the severe winter and the continued struggles that Gaza’s citizens confront, the United Arab Emirates is still providing humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people there. These initiatives are in line with the UAE’s humanitarian and fraternal obligations, demonstrating the close linkages between peoples and emphasizing the need for consistent assistance to improve the lives of those impacted in Gaza in the long run.

Through more than 500 airlifts, five strategic transport ships, and more than 2,500 vehicles from Egypt into Gaza, Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 has been providing humanitarian relief to the Palestinian people for more than 441 days.

The creation of a field hospital in Gaza, a floating hospital in Arish, the Arab Republic of Egypt, with specialized medical units for emergency care and surgeries, and a program to transfer critical cases for additional treatment in UAE hospitals are all part of the Chivalrous Knight 3 humanitarian operation, through which the UAE provided numerous humanitarian aids. It also includes water initiatives, such as building two-million-gallon-per-day desalination facilities in Rafah, Egypt, and the “Birds of Goodness” program, which entails airdropping assistance to places that are unreachable by land, particularly in northern Gaza. The operation has also included the implementation of several additional projects.
