AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj responded to the allegations made about the Chief Minister’s residence in a press conference
In a news conference on Wednesday, Delhi Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Saurabh Bharadwaj addressed accusations about the Chief Minister’s home, refuting charges of lavish facilities.
Speaking to the media, Bharadwaj said, “I’ll attempt to find out the whereabouts of the Alishan Swimming Pool, which is located at 6 Flagstaff Road. I was informed that the restroom had gold commodes. I’ll make an effort to locate the golden commode.
“I was also told that there is a bar in the Chief Minister’s residence to drink alcohol,” he said, continuing to mock the allegations. I’ll look for it as well. Bharadwaj’s comments coincide with reports that the Delhi chief minister’s official mansion has opulent features.
In a statement that addressed the houses of the chief minister and prime minister, Bharadwaj said, “We will also check the residence of the Prime Minister and check what kind of facilities are being provided at the PM’s residence.” He made an effort to make it clear that neither leader’s homes are private homes but rather official facilities.
Additionally, Bharadwaj said, “Let me clarify that the houses of the PM and CM were constructed during the COVID-19 era and are government dwellings rather than private mansions. Since public funds were used to build both homes, we believe the BJP won’t object to the media being present at the PM’s mansion.”
AAP Chief Arvind Kejriwal was mocked by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, who claimed that his sole reason for being in Delhi was to view the “Sheesh Mahal.”
“All Chief Ministers should be given the opportunity to see the ‘Sheesh Mahal’ once,” CM Himanta told reporters in the nation’s capital.
“I think the ‘Sheesh Mahal’ ought to be become a national museum and we need to have the opportunity to see it once. in order for me to determine if we can also create a duplicate of the “Sheesh Mahal” in Assam. The ‘Sheesh Mahal’ is the only thing that still interests me about Delhi.
I visited the Mohalla clinic a couple of times, but I saw nothing. At first, I assumed it would be a Taj Mahal duplicate. The ‘Sheesh Mahal’ is the only thing Kejriwal ji has created in Delhi, in my opinion, and I would want to visit it at least once. When I get the opportunity, I’ll attempt to visit there once. The Assam chief minister said, “I ask that every chief minister be given the opportunity to see the ‘Sheesh Mahal’ once.”
